a quick internet search, just now, produced many solutions, mostly on Stack Overflow. Why ask here, and in this forum?
1. you need to group daily data into weekly data, picking a date that starts the week.
2. you need to store this data into a database so that you achieve historical data, thus your API call should only grab new data, not old, aiding in performance.
All of this can be achieved with database of choice and C#, unless you want to use something else.

Fortunately python is a readable language so unless what you're finding is a 1 liner that looks something like this:
weeklydata = convertFromDailyToWeekly(dailyData)
you should be able to port it to C# without too much trouble.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

Hard to convert to weekly / monthly when you have only one day's worth.

I just now realized the slight itch on the bottom of the wrist of my mouse moving hand is probably from the teflon surface as it is slightly rough or perhaps I am allergic to the teflon . Now it's off to purchase a wrist band and to consider the recommended trackball - Cheerio

You need to track your balls.
Serious, buy a trackball and forget mice. Be happy.

Or get a laptop and use a mousepad.
That's actually how I game. I am the best mousepad gamer in my area... on FPS...

I did not think of this earlier when you were looking for recommendations, but I bet one of our embedded gurus could convert a Dance Dance Revolution pad to a pointing device… add in a Clapper (must support 2 and 3 clap outputs for single/double click) for your mouse buttons.
You will be jamming at your standing desk!

Thank You for the Kind and Helpful advice . However I regret to say I am a lousy dancer and would feel embarrassed even in privacy . Perhaps some dance lessons are in order prior . Thanks again - Cheerio
PS In consideration of your thoughtful and kind suggestion I was cogitating how to employ a keyboard w/ all that commotion . It was just now revealed to me an obvious solution exists . As per link below . Collaboration is a wonderful thing it seems .

Quote: Xamarin. Forms is an open source mobile UI framework from Microsoft I'm not sure I'd blame Microsoft necessarily. I suspect the OS contributors are not adding any useful meta-comments for the documentation generator to create anything.
