When I was reading this story a suggested headline for another was "Desperate search at Turkey mine".

Doesn't matter any way he goes is wrong.
Along with Antimatter and Dark Matter they've discovered the existence of Doesn't Matter which appears to have no effect on the universe whatsoever!

So, with Rage being surprised at how easy it is to get yourself in Guiness World Records[^], I bet there must be some posters on here who are or have been in the book. Either named or were participants in an event that is in.
I have never been, although as I mentioned below my SIL and niece are. My parents, when at college and before they were married were both in for taking part in some sort of non-stop knitting record. They have a newspaper clipping about it somewhere.
So, who has been in and what did you do?
Edit: Just remembered I was involved in one. I went on a stag do to the rugby world sevens at Twickenham a couple of years ago where the broke the world record for most people dressed in beach attire (or some such nonsense).
