Well... I have not seen any "rules". But I feel it does seem to go against the spirit of the game. Just imagine looking at a huge 5-letter-dictionary while playing Wordle!

ok I will try the guessing route from time to time as competition and post those, but I still enjoy looking at maps much better than a dictionary of words and I always finish without a break.
I do enjoy the challenge of wordle.

As a kid, I did crossword puzzles of the individual continents and the whole world, multiple times.
I guess it's just a habit.

I use the oven to toast my bread. No dedicated toaster.
Now, I heard that Americans eat all their bread toasted; so a toaster might be viable over there. Though I don't understand why one would toast all bread, we only do that if it gets stale or we want a treat.

I don't run the oven just to get toasted bread, no. The bread is on the rack above the whatever is being cooked.
Still, if I put all the stale bread in there, nothing else - made breadcrumbs of half of it, it would be rather efficient.
Having solar panels and cooking electric means no having to really look at the energy cost. I use my oven to dehydrate fruit from my garden (strawberries, lowest heat setting and open door), to dry my salt-cured egg yolks, to dry (leftover) herbs, and sometimes to toast bread.
I cannot imagine life without an oven, but many Americans do just fine without. That baffles me.

Not all Americans. I don't even toast the bread for a BLT which is traditionally toasted. To me, toasting bread is intentionally staling it. In fact, the only bread I do toast is, oddly (or aptly) enough, an English muffin.

Stale and toasted are two different things; we toast stale bread, makes it tasty and prevents waste. Toasting normal bread means decreasing nutritional value, on something fresh enough that needs no toasting.
Never had a BLT, never will; I can afford minced meat, and would upgrade it to a decent hamburger. Yes, that also means cheese. American cheese, not the Gouda where I come from. I need that "cheese product" that's 49% cheddar and never spoils, because that has the right taste for a hamburger.

BLTs are a simple, minimalistic sandwich. Definitely worth a try or 2 or 3 until you figure out the ratios of the ingredients that are your palateβs perfect match.
If you want to liven it up, add some avocado.

Iβve given up trying to be calm. However, I am open to feeling slightly less agitated.

If I want to liven it up, I remove the tomato and lettuce from the burger. Seriously; lettuce is just water (aka, useless filler), and if I fancy tomato I'll add ketchup.
