I just had this conversation with a cold caller.
Phone rings and I answer
Caller : Hi I'm calling from the Accident blah blah blah.
Me: Fine, but first I'll need to identify you.
Caller: Emm.. OK
Me: Could I have your full name please.
Caller: "Some name"
Me: And your date of birth?
Caller: "..../1993"
Me: And what is the secret password?
Caller: What password?
Me:The password to speak to me.
Caller: I don't have a password.
Me: Then I won't be able to continue this conversation.
Caller: String of expletives.
Phone hangs up.
