Took the time to visit the CSCI Department today and saw a former professor and mentor of mine. Had a nice discussion

Have been taking a look at programming in .php again after not working with it for sometime. The reason being is to develop a sales/marketing database for my consulting firm. It is cruising along, not as fast as I had hoped, but getting there.

The laptop was not really syncing the time correctly, so did the following to fix:
(1) started up regedit
(2) went to the key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\w32time\TimeProviders\NtpClient
(3) under SpecialPollInterval, set it to 21600 ( which is sync every 6 hours )
Problem then went away and time is staying in line better. Found how to do this on http://www.howtogeek.com ... dealing-with-windows-vista-time-sync-problems/[^]
