You Dont Need To Capitalise Every Word In A Sentence. Also The Word "Dear" Is Used In English When You Address a Very Close Friend Or Relative, eg You Wife Or Mother!
In answer to your question, you cant directly call a C# function from Javascript, as one executes on the client in a web app, and the other on the server.
Why dont you describe further what you are trying to achieve, there is always a way
