QuestionXP environment running assembly Pin

I have a two part question. I'm using assembly to pop objects off the stack I've placed there for later acquisition. These are actual commands, i.e. NOP or 90h, and I'd like to take the AX or whatever register I pop it into and execute that register as if it were the said command, i.e. NOP. I know some commands this wouldn't be possible so my next question pertains directly to windows, where as this one indirectly, my issue is if I pop if off the stack I could either execute it now or place it into memory and execute it from there, but I dont know how to do that either. I've tried to execute it from external sources and windows prevents me from doing this. How could I execute from RAM the said instructions from the stack, and I did keep a running count of how many I've placed on the stack so as to avoid overflow. Does anyone have any words of wisdom? I'm certain I've forgotten to mention some important piece of information so please ask if you have questions before answering.

Both questions do pertain to windows because I don't know how windows allocates and controls ram and I don't wish to over write or effect other running or TSR processes (I know TSRs no longer exist, but it's good as an example).
