You have to set the Article Category correctly in order to see it - or, just set the Article Category to All Topics and it will show up.
On the Home page, the Article Category is directly under the green menu bar.

Then I don't understand what is going on. When I set to All Topics, your article is third in list. You could try Ctrl+F5 to see if that helps.

Nope, Ctrl+F5 does not help.
The problem exists on IE/FF/Opera in all relevant Categories. It is also missing, when I'm signed out.

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, I will repost if it is.
I would like to use the ColorPicker () in one of our products, but our lawyers are barfing on the sentence "You may not sublicense the Work" in section 5(e) of the CPOL.
It is my contention that that means we are not allowed to sublicense the ColorPicker individually, but in no way is it meant to restrict how are product is sold. Our product itself is sublicensed as it is customized by various resellers to more fit their customer base. But this modification does not require changes to binaries (the resellers don't receive or own our source code), it is just the modification of a metadata layer in the database to make this customization?
So does the line "You may not sublicense the Work" apply in this scenario?

You can mail the author and see if he/she can offer you an explicit license.
Most of my articles use CPOL, but sometimes someone mails me saying their company wants some specific license - say BSD. In those cases, I send them an email granting them explicit rights to use the code under BSD. That might be a simpler solution for you than to try and get CPOL reworded.
