OK: to solve your problem, replace "openFileDialog1.FileName" with "play":

            if (play != null)
                {
                // ...play your sund.
   System.Media.SoundPlayer simplesound = new System.Media.SoundPlayer(play);
                simplesound.Play();
                }

And you will hear your noise.

System.Media.SoundPlayer simplesound = new System.Media.SoundPlayer(play);

OpenFileDialog ofd = new OpenFileDialog();
            if (ofd.ShowDialog() == DialogResult.OK)
                {
                ClickButton.ClickSound = ofd.FileName;
                }
