After an elongated speech emitted mangled from a new tongue, it has come to my attention that the information presented does not belong above as it is. For those that inspire to conspire for settlements as a certain percentage above also do (as a percentage), it should be noted that the government is quite a similar issue and perhaps should be placed appropriately. Despite the complicated relationship between the government and money which can easily be simplified (although difficult at times), it should be noted that the work they are paying you for is paid by them for doing work that they don't do... at least not here.
I'll leave you with that thought for today.
