Well, not currently. But I did work for a small (<25 people) mutual fund in San Jose, CA in 2002. They had a fully stocked kitchen. Anything you wanted was there, if there was something you wanted that wasn't there you could ask that they pick it up on their next shopping run. I think the idea was to keep people in the building as much as possible since the stock market doesn't take a lunch break.
Also, there Christmas was awesome. Yankee swap where the company provided all the gift sets. The set I got had an XBox, a couple of games, a small stereo, a $100 gift card and a small pile of other trinkets.

We get low-quality coffee and infusions (chamomille, hibiscus, mint, etc.) labeled as tea.
So, I am my own tea (black, green, white, red and oolong) provider and, from time to time, also my mate[^] infusion provider.

How could you forget chocolate - it is one of the four main foodstuffs.
Our free automat does lots of different coffees and hot chocolate too.
That doesn't help me, as I am a tea drinker, but there is a kettle so I make my own tea with my own teabags.
On very hot days the secretary will fill the fridge with bottled water and that is free. But cold drinks here are cheap because they are subsidised. There is a little shop on site, run by the canteen, and you can get all kinds of snacks and drinks, including beer.

I am ready to work on less salary, if I am allowed to code with beer ON. 
I am sure my company provides Tea, Coffee and Water for FREE  But eventually not enough time to have them  After all, we get FREE extra loads of work everyday.

There is always some beer in the refrigerator in my office, but I never had it.
But I have never seen anyone drink beer and work. Mostly it is consumed in the evening.

I think water should not be the option there.
it's basic needs and first needs and all company providing it.
there should not be choosing option for that.

I have worked at places where the company did not provide drinking water or anything else.
However, the office building where the company rented space did provide drinking fountains. 
Just because the code works, it doesn't mean that it is good code.

I took it to mean bottled water. We have a drinking foutain but I didn't mark water.
That said, you're taking your life in to your own hands if you drink the water in Galway!

The question was "what does your employer or organization provide" - they don't provide anything. I provide for myself.

Telecommuters can't bitch about the services, your employer supplies you with the best service there is, the ability to make your own workplace!
I love telecommuting, I remember the last contract that allowed it very fondly, back in 2000.
