During some socket work I performed a GET on the main page and another on page 1 of this forum. In each case, I notice that the HTTP response headers have a pair of 2 SetCookie statements duplicated. This comes to some 190 odd bytes of information provided twice.

I checked the header sent both before and after a user has logged on. In each case, there's close to 200 bytes of duplicated information.

Yes, IMO nice idea which will reduce the grey posts. The main reason for this suggestion is more than couple of new members creating new userids regularly(when the old account got removed) for posting questions & forum messages, yes they are repeating same mistakes.

Moving Cross posts
By CP staffs or CP authorities(Platinum OR any other criteria) or CP Mentors. When they move the post to appropriate forum then send mail to OP about this.

Mail to OP
Message like "Don't cross post, pick right forum & post your question. And your message has been moved to right forum, check it Clickety"

It's a good idea. I went through the list you provided and moved the best of them. In the other cases I emailed the author to begin negotition, discussion, and education. And love.

I started it a while back. I can't remember what it started with, but it may have been over Sean having to personally deliver MVP certificates - but I may have kicked it off with something else; my memory is going - when you get to my age, and have a shock like opening the door and seeing Sean bearing an envelope and wearing a Mankini, you tend to block things out.
