If only it were simply dumbing down.

In US we have BBC America news. Oh, how the mighty have fallen!
It's absolutely loaded with editorial given as news. And the Drama!

I've also observed it's loss of neutrality is approaching obscene, particularly with respect to Middle Eastern issues.
Now - I understand if they polish, gloss, and omit, as they see fit, on silly stuff like the royal family.

When a (former) paragon picks-and-chooses through real news to (I presume) shift public opinion. It's nasty.

We've got crap like that of our own - the NY Times printing opinion pieces as though they were news, omitting details like fact checking, and otherwise not vetting what once could easily classify as controversial 'statements of fact' - it's depressing.


If only it were simply morons.
