Try short exposure, wide aperture, high ISO. I would say that exposure was shorter than expectant but the lens were most likely F2 and ISO at 1000+-

How about imagestacking?
In Astrophotography you see a lot of pictures that are stacks of 70-90(including dark frames) pics all taken at max aperture, regular iso and exposure time about 10 sec or less.
There are some good programms you can use to stack images including some that allow you to track stars and compensate for the earthrotation in these stacks.
Hmm i wonder why its doing that......ARGHS NO STOP, ROLLBACK ROLLBACK...F*** That's how i learned to "Always Backup"!!

That photo had a sense of beauty and a slight eeriness about it.
In fact, it made me think of the next few photos... Where the branches of the trees were squeezing the life out of the stars and you start to see fewer stars near the branches...

Seriously - ignore it. Points aren't worth money, and if you have attracted a downvote stalker (and we all do from time to time) then showing him it bothers you is the reward he seeks. If you don't react, then they got bored and give up. No reward - no downvotes.
