Depends on your needs.
We're using Devexpress, mostly because of their Reporting Tools, and in contrary to Telerik they have a mostly functioning support even if I wouldn't say that their tools are much better.
But if you feel that your Google fu is up to the task you won't actually need much support. It's when you need actual real bugs fixed that it's making a difference. I feel that Devexpress really tries to help you to come up with workarounds, while Teleriks support simply establishes that it is indeed a bug that will be might be fixed in the next release.

They're also having different approaches for how to deal with "not so out of the box" solutions. Devexpress is quite event driven while Telerik is more into settings. And I'm honestly finding events quirky.
Wrong is evil and must be defeated.
