On my last job I used to work with a few people that were very helpful in such cases. Mainly project managers - you just need a quick chat with them and that made your blood pressure so high you weren't sleepy anymore

You're options are:
1) Just sleep
2) Get a Red Bull (other energy drinks are available)
3) Don't brood, type a little faster... (Asimov style)
4) Just go home/for a walk/anything that's more fun
