Seriously considering moving to bradykelly.info. My .net expired, and my email was on that domain, so they couldn't contact me. Thought of getting a new one. I think .info suggests me as a consultant, or advisor.

It's a bit longer, but they do have a consulting one now. So you could get bradykelly.consulting.

Well, whatever I do, I won't do it through godaddy, for the simple reason that this company, which deals with majorly international stuff:
1. Does not understand that it is possible to live in a country that does not use your native language -- I'm living in NL, so they serve pages to me only in Dutch. To change the language, I have to go to their site in another country, that I can't do business with.
2. Provides service at levels that are so abysmal that they cannot risk giving out e-mail contact addresses.

I never had to use a different language than English so that would totally suck. Their support was ok with me in the past, but it was over the phone. Never tried email support.

As an American I was hoping that Scotland would drop out of the union with England.
My only motivation, selfish as it may be, was so that it could be a warning to those in Washington that domination over X square miles isn't assured and that people can rise up and tear apart a union they've built. We're going to keep taking it up the arse until someone, somewhere, decides to start making threats of secession a reality. It is the only way the bloated elitists that run our governments are going to learn to back down.
I'm disappointed because I was hoping that Scotland would be the William Wallace for the entire world.
Our federal governments are too big, too powerful, and too disconnected.
This would have been a peaceful way to handle the problem; however, humans seem to either choose herd mentality or blood-letting.
Shame that.

I didn't say I was upset with America, although I used Washington as an example of what seems to be a problem world-wide. There would be no point in leaving the USA to go to the UK if they have just more of the same nonsense. That said, if you can point me in the direction of a country where the elite aren't systemically raping the middle/lower classes I'll have my bags packed by Tuesday.
That hails back to your 'human condition' point - which unfortunately is true.
I was hoping Scotland would lead the way in a bloodless fix for the problem.
Herd mentality won out to keep the players in power and it is that same herd mentality that will bring them down.
When that happens I'll have to get cable.
