I found Atlassian's tutorial the shortest and the most usefull: https://www.atlassian.com/git/tutorials/[^]

There are also more in-depth tutorials:

- Official Git book http://git-scm.com/book/en/v2[^] (chapters 1, 2, 3 and 5)

- Lars Vogel's tutorial http://www.vogella.com/tutorials/Git/article.html[^]

They are all well illustrated and have many command line examples. You don't have to worry abot command line, because (almost) everything could be done using TortoiseGit (right click -> TortoiseGit -> Commit / Pull / Push / Merge / Reset etc...)
