If CP'ians are truly using Abuse as a downvote, then maybe Admins should handle them. Warning/Suspensions/Beheadings are all acceptable.

Depends on 1) the size of the angel; 2) the size of the pin; 3) the level of your belief.
If 3) is null, it propagates through the equation to give a null results as well...
