Do not blame Chrome, it is Windows. On my machine, Google Chrome mostly does not handle keyboard input, same happens in Opera so does in Firefox. Perhaps Chrome doesn't crash because I have 16GB of RAM, but still I will say this is Windows 10.
There are many reasons one should never upgrade to a new Microsoft product, unless 6 months or a year has passed, they may be able to fix a few bugs. I am going to keep it as my mid-year resolution.

Even though you have no evidence that this is the case? No problems here with keyboard input to Chrome on W10 with considerably less RAM and I've not seen any complaints about it on any of the many fora I frequent so if it is a W10 problem, it's one very specific, one might dare to say unique, to you.

Your Windows would also not have the screen drivers issue, in which brightness sets to 100% automatically and there is no way you can change it back to 0% (I prefer it 0%) because the drivers for the hardware and the keyboard's buttons are so messed up that I can do nothing.
If you go to the Insider's feedback Window and look for these problems, there are enormous issues already registered for their review, and some resources do claim that Microsoft removes most of these feedback threads themselves, so, how can you find such issues there? Plus, my laptop was bought recently, like 4-6 months ago, Dell Inspiron 5547[^], worked awesome as hell on Windows 8.1 (my until now favorite OS; some might say no), now I can't even fix the drivers issue, the speed is somewhat slow on the Online login (based on the Microsoft account).
This can go on and on, I would not argue much unless you are a representative for Microsoft or their employee.

I'm not blaming anything, I'm just trying to find out if anyone else has seen similar problems. It may well be a Windows 10 issue, but it is not something that can be easily diagnosed.

Maybe Windows 10 is not too perfect. I am a Windows guy, but hestitating. (next week comes a Asus GTX 950 to support my brand new FX 8370 CPU)

This may help you, a new release[^] from Google about its Chrome web browser. Doesn't talk much about the hanging, but I would assume speed up means the same.

I have seen the same occur on my windows 7 and windows 8 and windows 10 boxes with Chrome and IE. Mostly I attribute it to the website because other tabs respond fine. I think it has something to do with either the flash components of the site or what javascript is running on the website. Sometimes, actually most times, if I refresh the site, then the hang goes away.

I'm not sure how I can do that when Chrome stops responding to mouse or keyboard. The only 'solution' I have found up to now is to get task manager to kill it and then restart.

Been using Chrome on my Windows 10 laptop for a few weeks without any issues whatsoever. Hell I've just jinxed my laptop now

Yup, you are right but here foo is actually NaN, but the question is `What is type of foo`
So, the real answer is `number`
Since, typeof NaN returns "number"

Great that you already know the NaN is a number.
Now, if you have ever programmed in low-level, you would know that a word is a size given to a data, 1 byte, 2 byte etc. So the size of the register in CPU is a word; pre-defined size, doesn't matter 8-bit 16-bit or what. The size is number, thus, a number is word.
Now a word in our language, for example, "Hello", cannot be represented as a word in computer which needs some other type, which is string (array of characters), thus a word is a string. From here comes the metaphor,
