Don't worry - I've spent decades at the wndproc level .... until the other day, I thought I knew how DLGs worked et al.

It's getting to the point where you have to write something at Ring 0 to stop these attempts by MS to have your machines "upgraded" to Windows 10.

wonder if all these forced updates have anything to do with the money MS can charge to marketers wanting to have their product placements/advertising appear in this new SAAS approach ms is taking....

Anyway you look at it - how MS has carried itself with this whole w10 fiasco is the subject of another story.
