I've used the free version before and I've been meaning to backup my hdd to install Windows 10 just to claim my free license and then restore the backup. having the full version is a bonus.

My only concern with "free" is what is the catch - might someone have loaded some malware on it. And is "BitsDuJour" a known, legitimate company?
I ordered and downloaded a free copy, and got the following error:
"The signature of ABPro-June2016.exe is corrupt or invalid" - again is this cause for worry?

The catch is explained on the page. It must be installed on the day of the promotion. I have been using Bits DuJour for years with the occasional issue, but I get those rare problems everywhere.

Send them a question. Sometimes the software loaded on some servers is corrupt and they will send you to another place.
