I'm curious about how you define "hand-over:" unless your storage medium is hardware owned, and managed, by you, what is not "hand-over" ?

No service, but software...
Like LinShare and NextCloud, both are softwares I install on my box and get DropBox like functionality...

Hey,I always wanted to create an Online Brand or Company to be honest, or I always wanted to have my own Website for doing online business to earn a living.
Now, I have seen people 2000+ usd per monthfrom online.
Now I need to make a minimum of 600 USD- 700 USD per month to pay my bills etc. And I will work more and invest a bit more if I get proper ROI ( Return Of Investment ) from the 1st investment. So, which line of online business should I go for?
And guys, can you just give me an approx estimate for making a site with the most ongoing trend, proper domain, multiple keywords, paid traffics, proper SEO and other expenses required for starting an online business?
I am really confused as what to do online for making a minimum of 800 USD per month.
And are there any professionals here in this forum that makes sites like these and helps them to grow and do business? Of course gonna pay him.
Note :
1) I dont have a website
2) I have no idea about niches.
3) I have no idea about SEO.
4) I dont have a good domain
5) I also have no idea about keywords etc.

First question before you start is: Do you have a viable business idea?
Everything else is secondary.

I would advise to use an E-commerce solution like Shopify Ecommerce Web Hosting[^]
Then you will be free to focus on your product instead of spending lots of time on the website technical details.
But that all depends on what product you have, for some special products you need a self-built website.

I always wanted to start an ecommerce site and thought to keep the profit margin the most minimal as possible to gain customers over time but as we all know that the ecommerce industry is being dominated by Amazon and Ebay and currently shopify is its competitor I think.
And yes I know it will take time for one business to grow. No one can climb a tree on one jump, it takes time and yes I am ready to give my everything on this business to grow. And jobs nowadays are scarce and limited, and there is no stable future and nor there is any security. One can only fulfill their basic needs from a job and not their desires. Thats what I think, but I could be wrong tho.
Hence I am looking for ideas on which business to start.
Now I have 2 things in my mind:
1) I was thinking to start to start dropshipping. I contact alidropship forum and they charge 299 USD for making a custom dropship store and then I have option to use shopify (30 USD or so for monthly subscription) to conduct dropshipping business. But I dont know how much would I have to invest at first on dropshipping and how much will I be making in the beginning.
2) This cloud hosting and web hosting business on servers, vps , etc , how much do I need to start these sort of thing and are these profitable and how much will I make approx at the beginning? I am happy if I could at least make around 300-350 USD at the beginning. Then I will invest more if I see proper ROI ( Return of Investment ).
3) Another thing that many people told me that I could make a site and get a stable and good earnings from ads and such? Heard that some people make more than 1K USD+ per month from ads and such? Is that possible? If yes then which type of site should I be looking forward to make?
Of course if it is allowed here in this forum, I will hire one of you professionals to make such a site for me. Of course will pay you.
Moreover, I am open and looking to make a site on the current trending thing as of now. Thats all. Hence I am looking for ideas. Then will hire a professional to make that site.

From someone that ran an online business about 7 years ago:
- Ask yourself if your idea has an audience. Secondly, ask if someone else already has that audience and does it better than you can do with what assets you have available.
- Don't expect to make money. Even if it does end up making money it's a slow ramp over time for most businesses.
- Make sure your idea brings people back for more. Customer retention is huge for long-term growth.
- The more you can do yourself the better off you'll be in the short/mid term. Good websites cost a pretty penny.
- Consider a cloud solution for hosting. You can slowly ramp up your platform over time which saves money and headaches dealing with server migrations.
- Always have a back-up plan.
In general though business is one of those things that isn't formulaic until you're already rolling along. It requires good ideas, good execution, and a fair bit of luck before then. Best of luck! 
Also as Rick pointed out above, there are multiple platforms that will basically do the "dirty" work for you leaving you to focus on the business metrics. I haven't used one personally though so no idea how cost effective they are.

Except the fact that school has ended and kids out of the open, we look forward a nice summer week, with 35C+ at day and 22C+ at night...
(and we are a moderate area, my parents has 40C+ day and 28C+ night forecast)
And I was thinking about it... When I was younger (20+) we had no AC and never remember complaining about it, now I can't think of, how to survive without...
Or weather got hotter over years or I got older...

But it's always Summer here, 32c day, 24C night +/- 1.
Pity those that have seasons: makes things difficult, all those in-between 'should I bring a jacket or wear my shorts?' - waste of time if you ask me.
Everyday same, 1 less thing to worry about as the morning coffee infuses into the brain, dress by autopilot / muscle memory.

Because 'abundant rainfall' and 'high humidity all year round' is much better...
(I try to keep me away from the coast because of high humidity, it is much better in the inland, between the mountains...)

Maybe you have just gotten more comfy?
Not that we have those temperatures here but I remember hot summers, getting in old cars and just toughening it out, windows down and not complaining. Now if the AC is broken in a car you might as well tow it because its useless. ^^
I think a large part is that you adapt to new comfort levels. Same way you adapt to better and faster computers and internet speed.
Once isdn was awesome and adsl was the future but nowadays it feels like I'm back in the stone age if I'm not on a fiber connection.

This is not a rant, nor a programming question. It is more like a plug cum programming answer. I am determined to publish something on my blog every day from now on. One of the items I want to publish every day is a mention of good blog or article I use during that day. I categorise these under Other People's Code.
Today's inaugural such post is one I find extremely helpful and almost life-saving. It is an article titled Dependency Injection, Logging and Configuration In A.NET Core Console Application. Here is my accreditation of that article.

It's ok, but a lot of white, could use some color, e.g. for the header background. Maybe the Canadian flag colors
