Even then you just need a more expensive sort of lock that can be opened with both a per door and master key. You have the master key, your minions have just the office one.

Although if your home office has multiple other people working some sort of electronic key system might be a good idea. Much easier than having to rekey the lock because you don't trust a crappy ex-employee not to have copied his key before returning it.

The other simple solution would just be to keep your home and office keys on the same ring so you always have both or neither. Shucks | :-\
