No. Bitcoin is just easier than other ways of payment. Attackers do it because they can, not because method of payment is convenient. There are pre-paid Visa, iTunes cards and several other methods that can and were used before. Mere fact that something CAN be used in malicious way doesn't mean it should be banned... Unless you want to ban all men for example Smile | :)
