With VNC/Windows Remote Desktop, When you login from Remote, the person sitting in front of the remote machine, can still stay logged in & watch what you are doing from remote?

That shouldn't be a consideration when you're connecting from a machine in your own house to another machine in your own house.

He mentioned that he connects to his work computer. Unless his workplace has a firewall that refuses TeamViewer connections it will allow him to connect to a computer in a different network and geographical location.
Takes out the need for VPN's or SSH Tunnels or the like between networks.

Recently I was spammed with read in the Devolutions newsletter about Wayk Now - Instant Remote Support and Remote Desktop[^] their competitor to TeamViewer et al.
I haven't tried it yet, but I've been using their Remote Desktop Manager Free for some years now without their being too intrusive, so I will likely try Wayk Now if/when I'll need remote access to somewhere.

No, it was handcrafted with love by yours truly, with some google help. But someone else may have come up with the exact same thing elsewhere that I missed.
(I read not to long ago that Microsoft is working on disabling our ability to disable updates in a future release. Can't find the article now. Don't know if this method will be affected.)

So Amazon has no problem to accept P.O. Box address for delivery... Then hands over the package to some local (international) carrier company, that does not work with the postal services (the owner of the P.O. box, probably for financial reasons)...
So in the middle of your work day (they work nine-to-five too) you got a phone call to ask for street address to deliver to...
The f***ing problem is that my address is 'the 2nd tree-house in the left end of the forest'... No delivery there... Not to mention that nobody at home...
Tried to connect Amazon to explain them the absurd of the situation, but got lost in the site...
(To be clear - I have no problem to deliver to work address if I know that it can not be P.O. Box)

We have bought some things that came delivered in two times. The first one put a notice in the mail box as "you were not at home, you might pick the packet up in the post office". The second one, was just left in front of the door.

Here's what I sent them
Tell Kevin Anderson to harden up or take up tiddly winks. Tennis is a 5 set sport and only Wankers and Americans think of a tiebreaker in the 5th set. Advantage should always be played and if it takes him 50 games to get the win suck it up.
I don't know what prize money he will make just for making the final but I bet it will take me at least 10 years working my job to match it. He played to the limits of his endurance and well done to him, but to ask for things to be made easy just sucks. I don't like it.
And while I'm on it, make the girls play 5 sets too. They want equal pay then they should have to do equal work. If it's all to hard them then they can hand back Women's Lib and go back to the 1950's.
Oh, and make them shut up, I don't watch any more as the grunting is so bad it is like being at the zoo back in the 1970's when the elephants would get in to it during mating season.

I got bored and went to bed, 2 great streaks of pelican sh*t blasting unplayable serves at each other is not something I can watch for 6 hours. The attraction of watching the Beast bounce around the court was not not enough of an attraction to keep me up.
