Do not install VS 2019 16.5.4... It may cause you problems with NuGet packages as it did for me...
Check before install...
(not sure what the exact problem, but the previous - for me 16.4.7 - works perfectly)

Too late, I've had it for a few days already. Haven't notices issues yet, but I also haven't installed or updated NuGet packages in the last few days.

For me some PackageReferencess disappeared from VS (not from the project file) and the build failed...
Reverting to 16.5.3 solved the problem...

Thanks for the warning, one of my colleagues, who is an eager upgrader, reported problems too with NuGet packages taking very long to download.

Yeah I get what you are saying and perhaps you are right, it's just that it's not obvious (to me anyway) that "quaint" is definitely not a synonym that first needs to be resolved, after which the clue may be as simple as a flood/food solution.
Anyway, this clue is nothing compared to some of the "rule breakers" I have seen on here before. We don't really have a super-fixed standard for them, and nor should we - it's just a bit of fun
