Jest. Not in the mood, let me answer as if it isn't
Nah, not even remotely nearly as complicated as a female. Not even close.
My day is good if there's coffee and a smoke at the start. My day is very good if it doesn't rain. Simple. Male. Chicken or steak? Great day.
Her day depends the weather, her mood yesterday, her brothers mood yesterday, the sister-in-law's mood, the kind of breakfast, the weather-forecast, the actual weather, dinner plans, actual dinner, her dress, her hair, wind, how I make her look. That's ignoring how she smells (always a flower one can't name), how her niece did at the championship [...] long list, too complicated. Easier to ask what today's mood is, and why, and learn and shut up.
ZD's a statement that tries so suggest something, without ANY arguments. Never met a female without arguments. Can't call it a man if it hides behind the words that it was just a jest. So, only logical remaining option is I offended "zir", innit?
Let zir explain zirself. I'll listen to any argument. And yes, against the lockdown, and got arguments for that which you may verify, but not going to provide ammo to zir.
Pissed that he chooses to ignore Griff and hide behind jest. A coward.

In jest I would advise you never to argue with idiots. First they drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.
The truth is that they are not idiots at all. They just play the idiots to get an emotional reaction from you. That's the dragging down to their level part. Emotions are an instrument they play a thousand times better than you ever could. They will beat you with that experience every time if you let them.

CodeWraith wrote: In jest I would advise you never to argue with idiots I'm not arguing, I'm educating. Unpaid.
Arguing too, takes arguments. Haven't seen one. There's merely a child that I'm correcting, as is my duty.
CodeWraith wrote: First they drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience. Yes, so the saying goes. People might think it has merrit without opposition. So, it has to be. There's no choice there.
CodeWraith wrote: They just play the idiots to get an emotional reaction from you. They are entitled to that. It's a free world, innit? And no, not emotional, but objective. I care not about the outcome.
CodeWraith wrote: They will beat you with that experience every time if you let them. That doesn't make me shut up. And if you'd know me, you'd know I'm the experienced one at being an idiot. I got a history to prove that.
Not reigning in; OP's suggestion is one of idiocy. We (yes, multiple) can't have that. People might attach value to it, and it needs a footnote that reality proves them wrong.
We can't accept statements without arguments. Anything proposed without arguments can be (and should be) dismissed without arguments.

You want arguments? Get them yourself. Next time every evil in the world is your fault, you are not good enough or you simply don't want to do whatever she wants just say 'no' instead of 'yes, dear'. Just be a little 'complex' yourself. Then you will get all the arguments you should need.

I worked for a company that had a Y2K bug in its software, and some factories depended on it. Made quite some changes in custom code.
The pandemic isn't a scam either; it's a very real virus. The way some react to it or overhype it, stocking up toiletpaper is overreacted, but that doesn't make the virus a "scam".

How lovely, Eddy does not take people serious if they have a different point of view. What's a seven letter word starting with B that describes that behavior.

Your logic is flawed, meaning you'll not take any counterargument serious and simply try to push your boat. I'm not gonna feed you - but I will keep pointing out in this thread that your statements here should be taken with a boatload of salt.
