Due to a bug, that I have resolved, I had to restart the sending of the newsletters. This resulted in some getting two copies of the emails.
You should only get one going forward.

Not a bug in my opinion.
The article was composed originally in 2015 and was updated today (I was one of the "approve" reports)
If it got deep in the system it might be perfectly normal that the comments get a break of a couple of years. Now it is in the first page again due to the edition as a new version.
Versions 1 to 4 are in 2015.
Version 5 and 6 (currently published) are from a couple of hours ago
My own article was written in 2007, had some comments after publication, then some comments in 2013 and nothing else until today. If I edit and comes again to the front page is the same situation.

It is very confusing, I agree. They really need to change that. I should not have to look for the revision count to see if this is a brand new article or an update to an article 10+ year's old. It should be intuitive and easily recognizable.

Blogs you can kinda understand, but this is basically saying "this is a preview, not the actual article for moderation".

Was it intentional to no longer change the mouse cursor when hovering the comment voting buttons?

As far as I can see, it's because they no longer have an href. Browsers don't apply the pointer cursor to links without an href attribute.

Get Wrong time in My Answers
I posted an answer before 1 h 15 min
In My Answers it shows 5 h 15 min
My time zone in My Settings is Europe/Berlin

And, I appear to have the same problem. Answers show as posted 5 hours earlier than the actual time.
