Paging in radgrid along with data

Hello,

I have done paging in radgrid ..now when i insert any data into radgrid ..it should go into particular page where that alpabet is available.. ie if i have inserted firstname as anaballe now it should go to 1st page or 2nd page according to the name...
Im not getting any idea how to do this..
