how can I do html cell click open popup and save some information and get from database in selected cell?

I want to use html table

when I click the any cell open pop up and get row and column position and in this pop up some form fill information and when you click save button insert these information to database and pop up closed and table cell fill these information from database.

I cant do

please help me

1-table cell--click
2-open pop up
3-save information with save button in this pop up
4-close pop up
5-table cell get these information
