Hi Friend, i am facing an issue while running the application. During Debug there is no issue. I am using VS 2013 version 4.5
Can someone please help?

The cause of the failure was: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.Web.PageInspector.Runtime, Version=14.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

It is not loading paginspector.dll properly. Follow below link to resolve problem:
