Menu toggle button not working on internetexplorer

I have a side menu on my website. It works fine on Chrome and firefox but the toggle button is not working on Internet Explorer . I am stuck with this issue for a week right now and its getting frusturating.

URL is: www.koddersleri.com/html/html.giris.html, website is in my native language.

Turn on Developer tools on the browser and check console for errors. Also, there are plenty of problems with older IE versions (9 i passable, 8- is useless for modern web) - if you're using one of those you'll have to google for hacks.

Your URL doesn't exist - it comes back with a 404 error.

Your main site doesn't work in any browser - you've forgotten to include the jQuery script before the Bootstrap script. If you look in the browser's error console, you'll see this logged as an error.

Your JSBin has a syntax error - there's a trailing } on the first line.
