How can I designate one column of my tumblr theme for videos (3 column grid theme)

I'm using the free theme "Indy" for my tumblr with a 3 column ‘masonry’ grid. Is there a way to go into the html and designate the right column for youtube videos and then keep the left and middle columns for photos and other post types?

I recently started learning how to work with html and CSS but am a beginner.

Thank you so much in advance if you have any answers or advice!

What I have tried:

(nothing other than looking in the html section of my theme and realizing I don't know where to start)
