Columnwise databinding in ASP.NET

I have two master stating location and material. when i fetch data from both the masters separately i want to show the data in the format which is shown below.
data is coming from database and there should be checkbox in each column and row to select person is delivering which material at how many location.


Materials/Location Vashi Savli Bahadurgarh Jhansi Irungattukottai

Please help me with this.
