Change custom cursor style keyframe animation on hover

I have managed to create custom cursor from div with jQuery, can I also change the cursor style for example: (styling animation keyframes) when hovering over div.

Here is my html code that makes the custom cursor.

What I have tried:

I search everywhere on how to animate the keyframes style of mouse cursor when hovering over a div, but no luck, I already managed to make 2 divs to be as + sign as custom mouse cursor, but need to animate it as > sign when hovering on left div and < when hovering on right div.
