How to change requires android version at the time of publish apk file.

Sir, i am publishing my android app on google console. By default is show
Requires Android Version Requires Android 2.3.3 and up. i want to change it and set 4.4 and up. but at the time of publishing my app i don't get any option to set Requires Android Version. Could you tell me how to change it.

What I have tried:

trying to search on google and youtube but don't get any useful information.

I think you should try to change apk version in your gradle file.

versionCode 1
        versionName "1.0"
