Zkemkeeper connect_net failed

Hi, any idea why connect_net returns false?

It's only worked in our production server which has been setup by the previous colleague long time ago.

When I try to debug in my local pc, connect_net always return false. However, the same code same IP is working in the production server.

Is it due to the network setting in my local pc?

Appreciate any of your help!

What I have tried:

have tried the newer dll "AxInterop.zkemkeeper.dll" but also the same

Some possible network related reasons:

The connection is denied by firewall settings (on your system or a router): Check the firewall logs.
The device has a white or black list configuration that does not allow connections from your system's IP address: Check the configuration of the device and the log files (if such exist).
The packages are not routed when your system is not in the same subnet as the device: Configure port forwarding on the device's next gateway.
