Restoring chat session across channel (MS bot framework)

Hi Folks,

Is it possible to persists chat session on multiple channels with Microsoft Bot Framework?
What I mean to say is like, say for example I've configured 2 channels for my bot, Skype and Facebook. The user starts conversation in facebook channel from his/her iPad, after sometime he turns off the iPad and switches to Skype channel from his laptop. Is it possible to continue the same conversation in the Skype channel also?
If possible, can you guys please provide some link or code for this?
