Web Access Failed

Hi,

I've downloaded a web app from development server. When I try to open it from VS2003, I'm getting the "Web Access Failed" dialog box even after creating a virtual directory and changing the webinfo file.

Apart from making changes to webinfo file should I change anything else?

Please help me..

Solution 2

Version incompatibility also creates this problem. I just opened the solution file and project file in notepad and changed the product version. It works now :)
