Why are you not installing the NetBeans with JDK bundled? That is the most simplest of installation for IDE + SDK.

Secondly, did you include these locations in JAVA_HOME? Make sure that his environment variable has been set.

You should not be installing Java (or anything else) in the root of the C: drive. Netbeans will most likely be looking in C:\Program Files, which is where it should be.

Environment variables are special settings in the system which contain information used by other programs. Open a Command Prompt and type set and you will get a list of them.

I would suggest you delete your java installation completely and start again with a fresh install, as it sounds like it has not been installed correctly.
is there any way to dwnld jdk + nctbeans bundle other than direct link cause the connection disconnects already tried several times but unable to download

with godzilla not possible to connect with site cause it gives network error
