There is no single way to change your IP that works globally: I assume you mean your internet IP address, and that is assigned by your ISP and can only be changed by your ISP.
It is possible that ordering your router to reboot from your application (which would depend on the software in the router) may give you a new IP address when the broadband is reconnected, but even that isn't guaranteed. Some ISP's will "reserve" you the same IP for days even if you have not paid for a Static IP.
If you mean your local network (LAN or WAN) IP address, then you may be able to change it via Control Panel / Settings:
