Fill textboxes in webpage using java from access database?

I'm making a invoice software project. I need to generate an eway bill as well...fir that i need to fill the textboxes in website from string filled in textboxes in java gui..

What I have tried:

I was thinking of using selenium.. but im not able to open chrome with it...
