Doubts regarding Dynamic Pagging in GridView control

Hi,

I have table of records that are divide into groups.i,e for example 10 records of one kind,5 of other kind, 6 of other kind. When i display the table in gridview, it has to display the similar kinds of records in same page,i.e 1st 10 records of same kind in 1st page,second 5 records in second page etc of the grid.

Please suggest some ways or techniques to achieve this.

you can do by sort while selecting data . Sort with field by which you are seperating. set sortexpression to that field. Look for pageindexchaning.
