^] then I spoke to an old friend who knows TFS well and he was able to point out a few of the pitfalls. It was also worth hiring a TFS consultant for a few days to get it all set-up properly in the first place - saved a lot of time.
Sorry that this is not the exact answer you are looking for but I did buy a couple of books that looked reasonable. In the end, however, the friend/consultant was the best help.
