Microsoft .net frame work Unhandled exception

I face this problem when i run my program on client side in winxp i face this problem.

when i run my program in win7 32bit. every thing is f9 but in winxp program will crash.

Given the following lines in the exception details:

at iTrax.Mods.GetLicenseNumber()
at iTrax.Mods.ValidActivationCode(String sActivationCode)

I would think that the problem is related to the run-time license required to run that component on user computer.
