Problem in attachment sending in Asp.net

When i try to send mail with attachment in my program the following error occurs. Please help me guys

Access to the path 'E:\hostingcontroller\aug89709\mag636445\magnopsis.com\www\Resume\sumit.doc' is denied.

probably some other program is allready using it !
try restarting your computer !

still same problem. i think i not have access in this folder, but i don't know hot to fix it

there is a program you can use called 'unlocker' and can be found at www.emptyloop.com ( of course I take no responsibility if this program harm your PC blah blah blah...)
...anyway, if the file or folder you're trying to access is used by an other program you'll find it with unlocker, if not,you may need to change user permissions on the file or folder!
can you send me the source so I can give it a try ?
