how fix this problem (unknown software publisher)?

Hello, All,

I build my installer and install my software on a testing computer.
In the installation process, I see a message pop up: an unknown publisher,
do you still want to go ahead?

How to get the message in a known software publisher? to buy some sort of certificate?

Please share your knowledge with me.
