How to use video brush in wpf

Hai,

I am using mediaelement toolbox for playing video along with 3 buttons like play,pause,stop.In some tutorials i saw the video brush for uploading the video file.But i can't find the visual brush tool in wpf.
~~Plz~~ Please help me.
