Also Chasfer I presume you are looking for programming tests as you are posting on CodeProject, if interested you can take a look at this[^]
These are free programming certificates which you can get (if you're good enough) by solving programming aptitude tests from TestDome[^].

That really depends on what type of job you want. For example, for me Microsoft certifications are best. However, that wouldn't be best if I were working with Oracle or Java.
